Back with Treats, Cats, and a Little Rain
It’s been a minute, hasn’t it? Life’s been non-stop, which is pretty standard for us — juggling rescue work, family life, EOFY madness, and of course, our markets. Speaking of which… the weather gods have not been kind lately. We’ve been rained out of a few markets, which is heartbreaking. Not just for us, but for all the paws out there missing out on their treaty haul. Sad puppers and unimpressed cats everywhere.
When we do make it to markets (rain, shine, or emotional breakdown), one thing we absolutely love is chatting with all of you. We get asked loads of great questions about our natural treats — from ingredients and sourcing to storage and suitability — and we could honestly talk about it all day.
But one of the most common questions we get is:
“Can my cat have these treats too?”
And the answer is: absolutely. Around 90% of our range is made from single-source proteins with zero added nasties — no preservatives, no fillers, no mystery ingredients. Just honest, natural goodness your dog and your cat can enjoy.
In fact, if you ask me this question at a market, chances are I’ll whip out my phone and show you a video (or three) of our very own rescue cats going absolutely feral for chicken hearts or kangaroo jerky. We’ve got some serious treat critics in our feline crew, and if it passes their taste test, you know it’s good.
We love seeing cats getting in on the enrichment fun too — whether it’s crunching on a duck foot, batting around a dehydrated sardine, or nibbling on some roo liver. It’s not just about treats — it’s about giving them something to do, something to taste, and something that supports their health naturally.
So next time you see us at a market (fingers crossed the skies behave), swing by for a chat and maybe a quick cat video viewing session. Because treats aren’t just for dogs — they’re for the whole fur-family.
